Ingredients:
2 cups (about 500 g) kof Greek yogurt k igo
3 eggs
1/2 cup (approximately 60 g) of corn starch
Sweetsers (hysterioli, honey or others, in different quantities)
3 drops of natural vanilla extract
In a large bowl, combine all the liquid ingredients: Greek yoking, eggs, sweetener and vanilla. Mix manually or with an electric mixer for a smooth consistency.
Add sifted cornstarch and stir gently to avoid lumps.
