Pure honey or adulterated honey? The simple trick to avoid being deceived.

The spoon test. Dip a spoon into the jar and remove it. High-quality honey will form a continuous, thick stream, like a golden ribbon. If it drips quickly and irregularly, it’s a warning sign.

The water glass test. Place a spoonful of honey in a glass of cold water. Thick honey will sink and form a clump before slowly dissolving. Very diluted honey, on the other hand, will quickly disperse in the water, almost like a syrup.
