Sometimes our body gives us subtle warnings before they become much clearer. Fatigue, small, passing pains that we attribute to the daily routine… But what if there is something deeper behind these signals? A woman decided to share her story, not to scare people, but to draw attention to herself.
The fatigue we consider “normal.”
Susan, 47, an active mother of two, often felt exhausted. A fatigue she attributed to everything that life requires of her: work, responsibilities, too little sleep… So much so that she sometimes put in her car to take a nap.
At the time, she didn’t see anything unusual in it. “You say to yourself that you’re just exhausted, like everyone else,” she confesses. But afterwards, she realizes that this extreme, persistent fatigue deserved attention.
Subtle but significant symptoms
During a trip to France, Susan suddenly suffered from constipation – a problem she had never had before. She attributed it to changes in her diet or the stress of the trip. In short, nothing to worry about, she thought.
But when she got home, she got in severe pain. So heavy that she had to go to the doctor. Routine studies brought nothing disturbing to light and she was advised to rest. Despite this, she kept feeling that something was not right.
